Autumn is filled with reasons to love New York City. It marks the return of sweater weather, pumpkin spice lattes, ice skating at Rockefeller Center, and AIANY’s annual celebration of architecture, Archtober! Every October, the American Institute for Architecture New York Chapter celebrates architecture with 31 days of education, exhibitions and events. One of our favorite parts of Archtober is the annual New York New Design Subway Show, which features projects from architecture firms all over the world…in the West 4th Street subway station!

This year, CTA Architects P.C. is delighted to once again exhibit our work in the AIANY Subway Show. We selected Haven Plaza (above) and the Cherokee Apartments(below) to be featured. We’re very proud of both projects,  and it’s a privilege to share our projects with the city we love in such an exciting way.

If you’re in New York City, you should absolutely check it out. If you can’t make it before the show “closes” in November, we’ve included a couple of pictures for you, just in case. Archtober: it’s the best part of the fall! (Just kidding. Pumpkin spice lattes are the best part of the fall.)
