Type:

ca. 1927 steel frame private club with brick, glazed terra cotta detailing, cast stone base and retrofit curtain wall system at the street facade. Converted to apartment residences ca. 1986. The building is within the Upper West Side Historic District of Manhattan.

Scope:

Restoration/replication of cast stone and terra cotta, brick masonry rebuilding, structural steel repair, roof replacement, masonry cleaning and extensive waterproofing, including foundation wall treatment. Work was coordinated over a multi-year phased restoration and waterproofing program.
