MASONRY AND TERRA COTTA RESTORATION (TERM CONTRACT)

Built in 1906 under the direction of C.B.J. Snyder, the 4-story H-shaped building spans from front to back of a city block. Formerly surrounded by adjacent row houses, its solid load-bearing masonry side walls are now exposed to view and the elements.

Rebuilding of all face masonry at the building’s side walls. Rebuilding of the main roof parapets including replacement of the terra cotta cornices.
