Type: 

Built in 1906 under the direction of C.B.J. Snyder, the 4-story H-shaped building spans from front to back of a city block. Formerly surrounded by adjacent rowhouses, its solid load-bearing masonry side walls are now exposed to view and the elements.

Scope: 

Rebuilding of all face masonry at the building’s side walls. Rebuilding of the main roof parapets including replacement of the terra cotta cornices.
