Type: 

1921 complex of two and three family houses built facing a private garden walk from West 94th to West 95th Streets. The complex is constructed based on the scenery designs for Pomander Walk, a popular stage musical of the day. The rows of brick and stucco houses are meant to resemble an old London street complete with peaked roofs and false half-timbering. The complex is an individually designated New York City Landmark. This project received a 2008 Landmarks West! Preservation Award.

Scope: 

Masonry and stucco restoration and rebuilding. Wood door and window restoration, coating removal and full repainting.
