1950s co-op complex at the Morningside Heights Gardens designed by the architecture firm Harrison and Abramovitz. The six multistory buildings consist of red brick bonded masonry walls bearing on a cast concrete structural frame.

Scope: 

The exterior restoration of a multiple building residential property. Work on all six buildings includes masonry and concrete repairs, localized balcony drain and roof replacement, as well as main bulkhead roof replacement.
